Orders can be modified or canceled within a short time after purchase before production begins.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Since all products are custom made, production starts quickly after your order is placed.
Modification Window
You can request changes such as:
- Wall dimensions
- Material type
- Shipping address
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only if production has not started yet.
What to Do
Please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Requested changes
Important
Once production begins:
- Changes are no longer possible
- Cancellation is not available
