Conscientious and Honest!
I accidentally ordered my sample twice and they caught my mistake. As opposed to taking my money and sending me a second sample of the same thing, they contacted me and asked if it was an oversight and offered to cancel my duplicate order. I don't think that's ever happened to me before. Plus, they have a great product!
